Changes!

How do  you deal with change?  Do you embrace it or resist it?  I am thinking I need to embrace most of the things changing in my life.  Let me share just a few of those things:

Change of Pace:

  beat-the-winter-blues

I am joining a Blog Hop Party!  Click on the pics above to check it out.  I will be giving away 2 free patterns (they will be sent via email as a PDF).  Check my website to get a look at the patterns:  www.NeedleinaHayesStack.biz.  All you have to do is join my blog and leave me a message.  I will do a random drawing and award 2 quilt patterns of the winners choosing!  Now I have to adjust the amount of blogging I am doing (ha ha).

Change of Logo:

Logo with outlineNeedle in a Hayes Stack

I have been playing with it a bit.  Still working on it!

Change of Scenery:

I am headed out of town.  Two quilt trade shows!  I have a quilt at each one!  This is the first time I will be going to a Quilt Trade Show, and I am doing two back to back!  I have never traveled alone (on a plane) so this is a big change for me!  The first show is called TRENDS!  I am very excited!

Change of Location:

Well not my home, but my store (well it’s not mine, I just work there).  Don’t we all stake claim in our favorite Quilt Store?

BOLTSlogoCOLOR (1)

Bolts in the Bathtub is getting ready to move to Lancaster Blvd.  It’s gonna be a lot of work, but I just love the Blvd so I intend for us to be very happy there!

Change of Car Engine:

Well, this one isn’t any fun, but had to be done!  My wonderful husband, Scott and our son, Nick are changing out the car engine.  I have been driving the big truck and even though I love to drive it, i ‘m not so fond of parking it!

Changing the House (well, not really changing houses, just fixing this one up)

Scott has been doing some dry-wall and he is gonna spiffy the place up a bit!  It needed a face-lift.  All these things are happening at once, which means all of them will take a lot of time!  Pictures may be way off in the future, but I will share when I see progress.

This blog did not have the eye candy you are used to, but that is because quilts have been sent off to special locations.  2 at shows and one for a magazine.  I am always busy, now to write up some patterns!

So, blog at you later,

Tiffany

Change is good and bad for me. I like it when it is in my control, my choice but when someone else changes things it is often harder to accept!! I am pleased you joined the giveaway hop - great patterns :)

Hi, I just joined your blog. Love the give-away. Frankly, change gives me hives!!! And that picture of your men over and under your car is enough to send me drinking-- even at the early hour! Good luck with all you've got going on!

Thanks for letting us visit. I EQ7 too and make applique patterns. Please come by and see us at Prairie Cottage Corner when you have a moment between supervising all those "changes". A change is as good as a rest, right?

I do not know how I feel about change. I am ok with it I guess... there has been a lot of change the last 2 years. I got married, my brother got married and they are now pregnate, I moved 3 times with my hubby, and he was finally able to go to day shift so I have finally adjusted to that sleep schedule. :)

I have been to that Trade Show. Have lots of FUN. Marti Michell will be there this Saturday. You are so lucky. Hope you show us your quilt that you submitted to it later. Thanks for joining in the fun Blog Hop. No I am not a fan of change. I don't like being an Empty Nester either and my kids left in 2005. I DO like the change of Seasons though.
