On the Wall & A New Adventure!

Working on a new pattern for a new fabric line
The quilt is growing, and in my eyes,
becoming beautiful.
I hope to have the top together today (ha ha).
More about this one later.
I have a few items entered into the
Of course none of them are finished.
I need to drop them off
at the fairgrounds on the 7th.
Here is a sneak peek at one of the quilts.
It is a small wall hanging.
Hoping to quilt this one today as well
(more ha ha).
Now on to the info about my new adventure...
First off this is my friend Suzanne
and her wonderful family.
Suzanne is an awesome Mom,
wonderful person,
has an awesome singing voice
and is all around full of love.
She is beautiful through and through.
Oh, by the way, she also has cancer.
She blogs about her family and her challenges.

She has quite a way with words
and with 7 children there is always
something funny going on.
If you would check out her blog,
you can find her at

She has asked me for help
making quilts for her kids from their clothes.
I usually don't take on T-shirt quilt projects,
but there is no way I could turn this down.

She has completed a quilt for Joey, the oldest.
My adventure is to get
quilts together for the other 6.

Next in line is Lindsey.
Lindsey wanted to make sure
her Mom did some stitching on her quilt,
so we got out a machine
and Suzanne stitched up some squares.

I brought home a pile of
Lindsey's clothes and had dreams
of piecing her quilt all night long.

I need to get a couple of other projects completed,
then on to Lindsey's quilt.
After that...
Sam,
Julia,
Tony,
Bella
and
Natalie.

So much to do,
so.....

New Website!

Here are a few new patterns I need to share:
This is titled:
America the Beautiful

This one is called:
Arctic Foxes

You can find both of these patterns
on my new and improved Website.

Here is a link:

I am now a .biz instead of a .com!

I had a problem with my .com
and decided to start all over again.
It has taken a while to learn new software,
but at this moment in time
I am rather happy
with what I have accomplished.

I also want to encourage you
to check out my page on Pattern Spot.
If you feel so inclined please follow me there.
A great big THANKS!!

I found out yesterday
that there is interest in a pattern
I have developed for publishing in a magazine,
but that is all I can share for now.
I will share much more when the time is right.

Have a creative day,
blog at you later,
Tiffany

Love

I am in love with this quilt called:  "LOVE"
It is a simple quilt,
but the fabrics are lovely and calming.
I am making this one for a store sample for
There are kits available.
This line is called "Love" and is by Clothworks.

What else have I been up to?
Well, I make an annual fund raiser quilt.
Each year it is made of batiks
and is filled with Stars.
Each star is different!
Here is the Star quilt for 2011...

Now I need to start playing
with this lovely line from Maywood Studio.
This line is called Flor D'Luna.

For anyone wondering,
the fish pond is not complete yet.
I know, bummer, huh?
As soon as I have a complete layout
I will take a picture and share.
Maybe this Friday,
we shall see.

I have had a great many big projects going on,
today I just seem to be able to do some peaceful piecing.
My favorite kind.

I wish peaceful piecing to you as well,

Linda's Fish Slice Quilt and other Fun Stuff

All the Fish parts have not arrived yet.
Therefore we cannot complete
the entire fish pond,
but I can show you fish parts
with the hope of a complete pond next week.

Here is Jacque and her slice of fish...

Next, Ilana and her piece of fish...

Linda will eventually enjoy the entire fish,
but for now, this is her serving...

Peggy is feeling fishy as well...

Here are some close ups of the fish parts...

Everybody did such a great job,
we can't wait to see the rest
and then get them together.

Until then,
I have more pictures of our show and share.
These are great quilts Leni brought to share.

Margaret is working on
what I think is a really cool project.
This is just one little part.
Here are some other blocks
(I think they were Margaret's,
and I think they might be pot holders?)
A few days have passed
and I seem to loose retention,
does this happen to anyone else,
or am I solo on this?
These blocks are from Leni
(I forgot to get a picture early on
and made her get it out again)
These are very tiny and all hand pieced!!!
This is Margaret's beautiful daughter-in-law.
We were happy to have her join us on her visit,
and she even brought show and share.

It was a really good meeting.
We shared some great ideas
and the fish parts
were really amazing in real life.

I have many projects in the works,
So that means I will have good stuff to share,
gotta go get busy, blog at you later,
Tiffany
